Fellows Research Day 2018 Report

On Monday June 4, we held our 8th Annual Fellows Research Day. This was a fantastic event, punctuated by Dr. Joseph Schatzker’s motivational keynote address “My Career as an Orthopaedic Surgeon”. There were several high level research talks from our fellows around the city.

Please join me in congratulating the winners of the research awards: Dr. Shankar Thiagarajah, Dr. Mansur Halai, and Dr. David Perrin. Dr. David Wilson won the “Best Fellow Teacher” award as voted by residents. We also recognized the high quality fellow teachers from around the city and 2 of these teachers, Dr. Joel Finkelstein and Dr. Danny Whelan, chaired individual sessions.
