Has published extensively on the use of allograft bone in revision arthoplasty of the hip and knee. Has the largest series in the world of fresh osteochondral allografts performed for post traumatic defects of the knee. Supervises a large institutional tissue bank and comprehensive orthopaedic transplant programme.
