Get the leadership training you need to succeed in academic health care!
NEAL participants develop the mindsets and capabilities to successfully lead their division, program, research, education or other academic unit and help enable the success of their academic teams. Specifically, they become competent in the four practices of academic leadership: intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizational and system.
With every module, participants will walk away with actionable tools and frameworks that can be applied immediately upon return to work.
2021-2022 Cohort Module Dates
Module 1
September 27-30, 2021
Additional dates for virtual delivery – Oct 28-29, 2021
Module 2
January 17-20, 2022
Additional dates for virtual delivery – Feb 24-25, 2022
Module 3
May 9-12, 2022
Additional dates for virtual delivery – June 7, 2022
Participants must be able to commit to attend all three modules listed above, including all dates listed, as we anticipate that the NEAL program will likely be delivered virtually for the 2021-2022 cohort.
