Record Number of New Recruits
Dear Colleagues,
I will be forwarding to you introductory welcomes to the SEVEN new recruits to our faculty. In recent memory, this is by far the largest number of recruits that we have had in our Division.
Given the concern in recent years regarding the job market for our graduates, I think this is a very encouraging sign and is indicative that positive change is underway. In particular, I am very proud that the vast majority of these new recruits are graduates of our program as either residents or fellows.
I would also like to thank all of you from our Division who organized and participated in the searches for these various positions. This is a time consuming yet crucial process, and your efforts are appreciated.
