Salter Cup 2021

Sent on behalf of Lawrence Wengle, PGY-3 Orthopaedic resident

Dear faculty, fellows, residents, alumni and industry reps,
I’m excited to announce that the 10th Annual Salter Cup Golf Tournament has been scheduled for Sunday, September 12th at Glen Abbey Golf Course, home to the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame and 30 Canadian Opens!
Glenn Abbey Golf Course

We had a record turnout last year with 18 groups and 72 players making it our biggest tournament to date. We’re hoping to keep this great tradition going and there will be prizes and mini competitions to keep things interesting throughout the day.

Due to the new covid-19 restrictions throughout the province, we will be transitioning to a rolling tee time best ball format to minimize group gatherings before and after the round. Each team will tee off sequentially starting at 12 pm. Rest assured, all eyes will be on Dr. Veillette’s opening tee shot to ensure legitimacy and fair play!
