We are pleased to welcome Mr. Ronan Treacy to our next University Wide Rounds on Friday April 26th, 2024 at 7:30am – St. Michael’s Hospital Li Ka Shing – Keenan Research Ctr. Rm 211 (30 Bond St.)

Based in Birmingham UK, Mr. Treacy is a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who has dedicated himself to the renaissance of hip resurfacing. Amongst his many achievements, he is co-developer of the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, has acquired the largest international experience of the MoM hip resurfacing, and more recently has advised on the design of the Poly-motion Hip Resurfacing. We are looking forward to Mr. Treacy’s lecture on “Hip Resurfacing – the development, the dissemination, the demolition and the resurrection”. We are encouraging the division to attend this in-person lecture where a light breakfast will be served. Zoom is available for those who are not available.
