Welcome to Dr. Jesse Wolfstadt
Dear Colleagues,
I am delighted to inform you of the appointment of Jesse Wolfstadt to our faculty at Mount Sinai Hospital at the level of Assistant Professor. Jesse is well known to everyone, having served as Chief Resident in our Division.
Jesse received his MD from UofT in 2011, completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at UofT in 2016, and graduated in 2017 with a Master’s Degree in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the Institute for Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation (IHPME). He completed fellowships in complex adult lower extremity reconstruction (Mount Sinai Hospital), traumatology and arthroplasty (St. Michael’s Hospital), and traumatology (Auckland City Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand). His research interest focuses on improving the efficiency and quality of care for joint replacement and trauma patients through interprofessional and patient-centered co-design. Jesse, his wife Erin, and their son Miles are thrilled to be back in Toronto.
Please join me in extending a warm “Welcome back!” to Jesse and his family.
