Orthopedic Surgery Opening at Guelph General Hospital

The Division of Orthopedics at Guelph General Hospital is seeking to add an orthopedic surgeon to complement our team. We are looking for someone to join our hospital and community to provide excellence in orthopedic care. They will have fellowship training in Total Joint Arthroplasty of Hip and Knee including primary and revision surgery. Interest in emerging technology would be an asset. Secondary interest in Foot and Ankle, or Sports Knee would be favourable. Participation in routine call coverage is mandatory. GGH is a Level III trauma centre, and we manage single limb trauma, pediatric trauma, but no spine nor pelvic trauma. Dedicated trauma time is available 5 days a week.

The successful candidate will hold Royal College certification in orthopedic surgery and be eligible for unrestricted licensure in Ontario.
