Specifically, Tim has received the Service to Specialty Enrichment Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to improving the orthopaedic community and specialty through advocacy, leadership and humanitarianism. It is awarded for improving the quality of life, culture, opportunities and diverse representation within the orthopaedic community. Tim is recognized for his immense efforts to establish foot and ankle surgery as a subspecialty in Canada and indeed internationally.
