Gordon Hunter Memorial Lecture – September 25th Webinar

Dear colleagues,
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the fifth Division of Orthopaedic Surgery’s Gordon Hunter Memorial Lecture that will be held on Friday, September 25th.

7:30 to 8:30 AM in a virtual format.

Register in advance for this webinar:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

This lecture has been made possible by a generous gift from the Hunter family to the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery in memory of Dr. Hunter, a long-time member of our faculty at Sunnybrook Hospital. Dr. Hunter was known as an outstanding clinician and teacher and served as a mentor to many of our current faculty members in the Division.

This year the lecture will be given by Dr. Robert Bell, former Ontario Deputy Health Minister and member of the Toronto Orthopaedic Hall of Fame. The title of his talk will be “Raising Money for a Good Cause by Selling Books: a Tough Task”.

I am sure that this will be an inspiring and informative talk that will provide a distinctive  perspective about this out of the box topic that should be of interest to all of us.

Please make every effort to attend this lecture.

Best regards,

Peter C. Ferguson MD MSc FRCSC FAOA
