  1. I was so very sad to read of Dr. Hall’s passing. I was one of his early scoliosis patients at Sick Children’s in Toronto in 1968. His wonderful surgical skills gave me a full life of health and “ability.” He was a master, professional and yet a friend, and brought a quiet reassurance to those in his care.
Always remembered. Rest in Peace Dr. Hall.
